Once you are set up as a user and have been assigned entities, you will receive a system invite. Log in as described below. See UI Navigation for full details on the account layer and other navigation features.

Partner Hub

If you are logging in to the Partner Hub, see Partner Hub Admin or Partner Hub User.

When you are set up in the system by an admin, you will receive an email containing your Account ID, User ID, and a password setup link. 

1. Click on the Create your password link and enter your password on the screen. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and contain a number, a capital letter, and a symbol (like $ £ € !). Note: the password link expires after 48 hours or if clicked twice. If this happens, your admin can resend an invite from your user record.
2. Click Confirm Password.
3. Once the password is created you will be redirected to the login page. Log in to the account layer by entering your credentials: Account ID, User ID, and Password.  If you use 2FA, see Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). 2FA is only available with the legacy login and cannot be used with SSO.
   

In the account layer / Partner Hub, you can access all your assigned entities. Please bookmark the login page for easy access in the future.

📗 Create & Manage Users 

For details on setting up SSO, see Single Sign-On (SSO). 

When you are set up in the system by an admin, you will receive an email containing a link to the login page and ID details. 

1. Select either Microsoft or Google SSO.
   
2.  Enter your email in the Email field and click Log In. This email must match what is registered in your account or the login will fail.
    
3. Enter your SSO password.
    
4.  Based on account access, you will either be automatically logged in or asked to provide an Account ID (see the login email) as follows:
   • One Partner assigned to your user: You will be automatically logged in to the Partner regardless of the number of Providers you have assigned.
   • One Provider assigned to your user: You will be automatically logged in to that Provider.
   • Multiple Providers assigned to your user: You will be required to enter a Partner ID in the Account ID field.
   • Multiple Partners assigned to your user: You will be required to enter a Provider ID in the  Account ID field.
   • One or multiple Entities assigned to your user: You will be required to enter an Account ID in the  Account ID field.
     
5. Click Continue. 

In the account layer / Partner Hub, you can access all your assigned entities. Please bookmark the login page for easy access in the future.
