Printing Sales Documents and Reports

The range of ways you can print Sales documents in AIQ.

Introduction

There are various options throughout the system for printing Sales Documents and Reports to a variety of formats including Word, PDF, etc.

These include:

  • Customer Master Records
  • Transaction screens
  • Listing grids
  • Transaction Browser
  • Report Manager

  1. Go to Sales > Customers and open the relevant customer record.
  2. Go to View > Actions and select a document type to print.

     

 
 

Quotes, Orders, Invoices, and Receipts & Allocations can all be printed during transaction creation. Go to the Save dropdown. 

Note, this option is only available for unposted transactions. Posted transactions can be reprinted from the listing grid, transactions browser, and report manager.

 
 

Listing Grid

  1. Go to Sales and select the relevant listing grid, Quotes, Orders, Item Invoices, Batch Invoices, or Recurring.
  2. Go to the Print dropdown and make a selection.

Customer Transaction Drilldown

  1. This option is available in the Customer and Batch Invoices listing grid.
    • In the Customers listing grid, click the relevant Balance to open the customer's transactions.
    • In the Batch Invoices listing grid, click the relevant Amount to open the customer's  transactions.
  2. In the Customer Transactions screen, select Print from the Actions dropdown.
  3. Further drilldown by clicking on the Ref to open the Transaction Details screen, where you have the option to Reprint or Reprint Batch.

  1. Go to General Ledger > Actions > Transaction Browser.
  2. In the Transaction Browser, use the filters to find the sales document, then select Print from the Action dropdown.
  3. Further drilldown by clicking on the Ref to open the Transaction Details screen, where you have the option to Reprint or Reprint Batch.

     

 
 
  1. Go to Reports and select the required report.
  2. Go to Print and select the appropriate print format.
