Logging in using the legacy Login

When you sign up to use our system, you will receive an email containing your Company ID, User ID, and a password setup link.

  1. Click on the Create your password link and enter your password in the screen. Click Confirm Password.
  2. Once the password is created you will be redirected to the login page where you can log in to the system by entering your credentials: Account ID, User ID, and Password.  Please bookmark the login page for easy access in the future. In the Group portal you now have access to those entities that you have permissions for.

Troubleshooting

If you are having difficulty setting up your account or logging in, try the following:

  • Contact your local admin user (the person who set up your account) and ask them to send a new link. Your password link expires after 48 hours or if clicked twice.
  • If the new password link in the email does not work, try copying and pasting it directly into a Chrome browser.
  • If you forgot your password, clock on the blue link in the login page to create a new one.
